Gary Bhatti VP of Investments

Over the past 10 years, Gary has successfully managed the underwriting, due diligence, financing and budgeting for transactions totaling over $4.5 billion. Gary also managed a portfolio comprising over 3 million square feet across multiple asset classes.  Prior to joining Lev, Gary was responsible for both sourcing deals and maximizing investor returns through the execution of value-add initiatives at leading Canadian institutions. Gary is a graduate of the Schulich School of Business at York University.
