John Miolla VP of Pre-Construction

With over 40 years of construction experience, John has been responsible for delivering projects that have shaped Toronto’s skyline. Working at industry leading organizations including Tridel and Urban Property Capital Group, John’s project experience includes Toronto’s Harbour Castle Hotel and the Four Seasons hotel in Yorkville. John holds a Master of Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Toronto, as well as P. Eng designation in Structural Engineering and is a LEED accredited professional. John is also a professor of the Angelo DelZotto School of Construction Management at George Brown College in Toronto.
