Melissa McKay VP of Development

For over 17 years, Melissa has helped shape the skyline of the Greater Toronto Area. Prior to Lev, Melissa worked as a Development Manager with Chartwell and Stafford Homes, most recently as Vice President of Developments. In those roles, Melissa was a leader behind the delivery of dozens of master-planned communities and thousands of mixed-use units. Melissa possesses a double Master Degree in Urban Planning from McGill University and Landscape Architecture from the University of Toronto.
