Yaniv Geler Founder and CEO

As Founder and President of Lev Living, Yaniv has entrepreneurship in his DNA. Since 2007, Yaniv has been President of Byron Equities Inc., growing the diversified investment company’s holdings across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. In 2013, he expanded his organization and founded ‘Koler Builders’, a construction management firm delivering successful projects throughout Ontario. In 2021, Yaniv further pursued his vision of leading a fully and vertically integrated developer with the founding of ‘Lev Living’; an organization which prides itself on quality and delivering results from initial conceptualization to final closing. Yaniv oversees all facets of Lev’s operations, from site identification, design, value-engineering and ensuring Lev engages the best consultants and contractors who align with our vision. Yaniv has grown the organization from infancy to one with several thousand units in its pipeline and many already delivered. Yaniv is actively engaged in the local community, volunteering his time to various charitable endeavours.
